When a leading shrink sleeve label manufacturer saw demand rising faster than their equipment could handle, they needed a solution that didn’t yet exist. Their goal was ambitious: dramatically increasing output without compromising quality or consistency. We partnered closely with their team to design a highspeed; fully customized system built specifically for their production challenges. This innovation introduced new capabilities to the industry and redefined what was possible in shrink sleeve manufacturing. The results spoke for themselves. In the first year alone, the new system supported more than USD 15 million in production, accelerating their growth and strengthening their competitive position in a rapidly evolving market.

A major American cap liner seal manufacturer needed a machine capable of converting large rolls of thick, laminated multilayer materials something not readily available on the market. The material characteristics required exceptional roll stability and high precision cutting. We developed a custom, multimodule heavy duty slitting/rewinding system designed to manage each step of the process with accuracy and reliability. The system performed flawlessly, resulting in an additional order for this specialized solution.

One of the largest pharmaceutical companies struggled to find equipment capable of processing and inspecting their delicate, high value, low tension narrow roll labels.
